Per hour for a technician which has experience and training similar to electrician, plumber, HVAC, drywall repair, roof repair, and carpentry.
First hour will be $129, but travel time will not be charged.
Per hour for technicians with skills most adults could do such as clean-outs, cleaning, helping a skilled painter, helping an electrician or plumber, sanding, prepping, demolition, and general landscaping.
First hour will be $60.

For every repeated or predictable task we strive to provide flat pricing with the contingency that unexpected issues do not arise. The hourly labor rates by contrast are used when the time requirement or diagnosis cannot be predicted accurately.

Terms and Conditions
Site Visits & Labor

Minimum charge is one hour of labor per visit.

Billing starts when our team arrives at your property (or the gate, if registration is required)

Travel time and mileage are no longer billed separately.

If materials or supplies are needed mid-job, time continues to accrue until the work is complete.
Breaks & Compliance
We follow Pennsylvania employment law. For projects lasting most of the day, technicians may take a lunch break and short rest breaks as required. We schedule these between jobs whenever possible.
Equipment & Dump Runs

Our dump trailer is 12x7, allowing more capacity than before. Partial loads are billed proportionally.

Machine rental fees apply (whether equipment is ours or rented) and are charged separately from labor. Rates vary by half-day or full-day use—please confirm pricing before scheduling.
Labor Categories
Work is billed at the rate of the technician assigned, not by the type of task.
Refunds & Service Adjustments

Completed work is non-refundable. Clients may request adjustments or additional work, but time already spent is billable.

Cleaning and maintenance services can be discontinued at any time, aside from ongoing obligations already agreed upon.
Shared Work & Liability
While we may assist you or your associates with projects, we cannot extend warranties or quality guarantees on work outside our direct control. We reserve the right to decline such arrangements.
Payment terms – Payment for invoices is due within 30 days from the task performed. Late fees of 15% apply after 30 days.
Cancellation policy – Cancelled work requires a charge if cancellation occurs after we begin travel to your site.
Warranty policy for your own work – We stand behind our work and as long as you agreed to our proposed solution we will repair any defects in workmanship. Materials and custom solutions developed by the customer cannot be guaranteed.
